I’m Lizzette (lee-zhet) Van Osten. I’m originally from San Francisco Bay Area in California but have proudly called Tupelo my hometown since 2009. I am a mother of two beautiful daughters and have been a property investor for nearly two decades, actively and successfully buying and selling real estate across 5 different states.

Since purchasing my first residential property in the most competitive real estate market in the US (San Francisco, CA), I’ve always had a passion for land/real estate investing and development.  I've also spent the first half of my career working in corporate America and was a small business owner when I first relocated to Tupelo. 

While just recently getting licensed, I've had almost 20 years of combined Real Estate buying and selling experience as a real estate investor. I have been though many "life events" involving real estate transactions including; a cross country relocation and new property searches in many "new" cities. I have built two custom homes, one major build through COVID. I have invested in multiple residential and commercial properties throughout the South East. I have bought and managed short term rentals in multiple states.  With my vast experience and knowledge, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and potential pitfalls in aquiring and retailing property.  

I have an undergraduate degree in Organizational Psychology and 15+ years of corporate and small business experience.  My education, business background and industry specific training serves me well in keeping a steady pulse on local market trends, navigating the ever changing real estate landscape, and providing my clients with highly skilled negotiation tactics, which are necessary to bring "home" the "close".

This background as well as my on-going training make me uniquely qualified to represent my clients in a variety of real estate transactions.
